After an uphill battle with cancer, John J. Tracy, O.D. passed peacefully in his home on  September 13th, 2022, at the age of 63.   John’s greatest joy in life was his family. He is survived by his wife, Vicki, daughters Megan, Shannon (Paul), and Allison (Colin), and four grandchildren, Kaleb, Ethan, Elena, and Kieren.  John was a well-respected and meticulous optometrist in Sonoma County.  John practiced at Kaiser for over 30 years with perfect attendance –  until complications presented with his cancer and took medical care leave.  He loved all things outdoors, especially hiking, camping, skiing, and gardening. He was actively involved in the community for several years through the local Lion’s Club. John was loved and admired by all who knew him.  His sense of humor, positive outlook and caring demeanor will be greatly missed.
