All ESC Local 20 members should have received two wage increases in 2016: a 3% across-the-board increase when the contract was ratified in April and an increase as a result of moving to the new salary scales.  Salary scale placement was made based on anniversary date:

• If your anniversary date is before October 1st, you moved to the next step on the new salary scale on your anniversary.
• If your anniversary date is after October 1st, you move to the new salary scale on 10/21/16 (pay period 10/2 to 10/15).

Please verify your wage rate is at the correct step, as we know a glitch caused some errors for our members.
